Quality & Certifications
Manufactured to standard. Tested to confirm it.
Quality is where trust is built, so we state only what we can defend. Here is the standards framework we manufacture to and the process behind every batch.

Conformance
The standards we build to.
Our HDPE pressure pipe is manufactured to KS ISO 4427, our PPR plumbing pipe to ISO 15874, and our telecommunication duct to PE80 / PE100 material specifications.
We state conformance only for the lines we actually manufacture. Where a product is supplied rather than made, we say so, and confirm make versus supply per line on request, so you are never left holding a claim we cannot back.
Certifications
Certified, not just claimed.
Linia is certified to the marks that matter for tendered work in Kenya, covering product standards, quality management and the environment.
Kenya Bureau of Standards
Products built to the relevant Kenya Standard under a monitored scheme.
Quality management
Certified quality management system across the operation.
Environmental management
Certified environmental management system for responsible operations.
Environmental compliance
Compliant with the National Environment Management Authority.
Certificate numbers available on request for tender documentation.
Our process
Quality control at every stage.
Quality is not a final inspection. It is a chain that starts before extrusion and ends at dispatch. Material is checked on intake, geometry is verified in-line as pipe is produced, pressure lines are tested to confirm they meet their class, and every batch is traceable. If any stage falls outside tolerance, the material does not ship.
Material intake checks
Raw material is verified before it enters a production run.
Dimensional verification
Diameter and wall thickness are checked in-line against the class.
Hydrostatic / pressure testing
Pressure lines are tested to confirm they meet their rating.
Batch traceability
Every batch is traceable from raw material through to dispatch.
